You can book classes through our booking system, Momence. Members can cancel or reschedule their classes up to 4 hours before the class start time. If you do not cancel within that window, the class will be forfeited.

We welcome infants in our space and even offer a baby-specific class, Breathe & Bond! If you’re attending a class with an older sibling, infants under 12 months can join for free—there’s no extra sibling charge.

Yes! We welcome older siblings in our space with the understanding that our classes and play areas are designed for children ages 0-5. While they are welcome to participate in a mindful and respectful way, our activities and environment are specifically created for younger children.

Yes! We offer 5- and 10-class Play Passes as well as Family Memberships for ongoing play and learning. Educators and nonprofit employees serving children and families also receive 10% off with code MINDFULMEPAL, with proof of employment required when you arrive to class
